Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake let the citizens of the town know that the Latino community is welcomed and encouraged to live there. In a speech she recently gave, she stated that she was hopeful that Latinos would help with the city’s population decline. She also let them know they would be valued and protected if they chose to live there.
